DESIGN
Ginger Foster Leigh's creativity flows from guitar strings and vocal cords into interior design and lifestyle-embracing places and events. Although GFL has designed commercial and residential projects on her own, she works side-by-side with award-winning, high-end interior designer, Jane Reece of Jane Reece Interiors.
Brother-Sister duo, Mark Foster Seward, Jr. and Ginger Foster Leigh, work directly with Jane Reece. Mark is a master carpenter, builder/designer. Mark, Sr. was an amazing home builder/designer and influenced the creative and productive talents of Mark and Ginger. Their mother is a musician from a long line of professional performers. You should hear the three of them sing together!
GFL is also co-owner/designer alongside top-notch realtor and designer, Rebecca Gindele, in their home staging company, Gin & Juice Staging.

Ginger Foster Leigh is known as a mover and shaker, an influencer, a philanthropist, a humorous, driven and motivating personality on the scene and she often is the one who creates the scene itself.
Along with a stellar team, Ginger created Austin's first and only local high-end Formula One party, Blu Party ATX. From the moment the Circuit of the Americas broke ground, Ginger was involved in influencing the city's take on the unfamiliar F1 races. Working alongside F1 enthusiast, Ian Weightman, GFL could be found at the press podium with COTA and F1 execs speaking to the nightlife nature of the race weekend, often explaining to Austinites what to brace for and how to embrace it. The duo also held numerous happy hour events at downtown residences sharing the excitement of what was to come.

Ginger established the annual fundraising holiday concert, Love. at the Stateside in 2014, featuring Shelley King, Patrice Pike, Wendy Colonna, Shelley Mac, Rod Williams, John Pointer and many others such as Suzanna Choffel, Kelly Green, Hedda Layne, Malford Milligan and Carolyn Wonderland. The show raises funds and awareness for charities Superhero Kids at Dell Children's Hospital, The Step Onward Foundation and the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians.
Ginger joined Bill and Sharron Murray's Concerts 4 Austin Charities in 2018 raising funds for the same charities at multiple smaller annual concerts and the large event at ACL Live at the Moody featuring big names such as Lukas Nelson and Doyle Bramhall II.
Ginger was also a nominee for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Woman of the Year 2019.
AND MORE: In 2010, Ginger Leigh performed as Maureen in a 55-show run of RENT at Austin's Zach Theatre and was also featured at Bobbi Topfer's Red Hot & Soul event at Zach Theatre in 2013.

A LITTLE KNOWN FACT
Ginger Leigh studied in Bavaria at the age of 15, lived in Milan at the age of 18, studied in Rome at the age of 20, and subsequently had an apartment in Florence, lived in a castle in Umbria and speaks Italian nearly fluently! GFL has toured New Zealand 4 times with her music, traveled to Singapore for Formula One and continues to add stamps and pages to her passport on the regular.
Lastly, with all of the glamour and the glory, don't be surprised when you find videos of Ginger dancing in the most goofy ways with her self-deprecating humor and body language or videos of her building things in cut-off shorts, tennis shoes and a baseball cap! GFL travels well from international hotspots to red carpets to music venue stages to dirty, hammer-swinging job sites.

"Last year, Blu's Brazilian-Carnival-themed bash hit its 600-person capacity before midnight, said Ginger Leigh, a local singer and Formula One party planner. Though many locals may find the steep prices off-putting, local musicians benefit from playing at packed clubs around town, she said.
"Formula One puts a big stamp on Austin globally," Leigh said. "The champagne doesn't stop flowing when the race is over."
